No new judgments to report on and a quiet week ahead at the Privy Council. On 20 October, a three-member panel will hear Replay Destinations (Bahamas) Ltd v Royal Ltd & Anor, a Bahamas case listed for only one hour. The underlying dispute concerns a construction, purchase, and sale agreement for a condominium unit. The Supreme Court found that both parties had breached the agreement, and ordered the appellant to return the deposit, but made no damages award. The Court of Appeal agreed. Given the short listing and the three-member panel, we expect the Board to deal with this one quickly.
